The property was clean and well-located, and the staff, particularly in the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my AirPods were stolen from my room on the second day of our six-day stay. I reported the incident to the reception desk and provided the GPS location of the AirPods using the FindMy app to aid in the investigation (they were in the outskirts of Guadalajara, far away from the Hotel) The following day, the hotel manager informed me that a member from the cleaning staff had taken my AirPods, claiming to have "found them in the trash" and decided to keep them (the earphones were obviously not in the trash, I don't have the habit of storing expensive gadgets with used tissues and leftovers). I was informed that the thief faced a temporary suspension, and while I did recover my AirPods, the entire ordeal left an sour taste in my mouth. This incident, coupled with the discomfort it caused, led us to opt out of having more staff people coming into our room for cleaning during the remainder of our stay, which was an inconvenience. Our choice of this hotel was influenced by the expectation of avoiding such issues, and this experience fell short of our hopes. Despite the recovery of my property, the inconvenience and disappointment overshadowed what could have otherwise been a satisfactory stay.

For what you pay this place is excellent. Location is great! Near everything. The service, the breakfast, the cleanliness, great! The breakfast buffet has the best chilaquiles ever! They have 4 different sauces available, my favorite was the Habanero, spicy! So good. My one complaint is the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the halls. Bring some ear plugs. Other than that, great stay.

The power went out twice in my two week stay. We didn’t have power or air conditioner during this time only the lights worked. I had to constantly go back to the front desk because the keys didn’t work for whatever reason. The wifi is slow too. Only good thing is the breakfast but even then there’s not too many vegetarian options even after I made a comment about this. The valet staff was kind.

My friend recommended this place since it was close to his home, and it was within my budget of $100 CAD per night. Will I come back again? Yes! Do they have some areas of improvement? Also yes! SERVICE: English service is non-existent except for their booking website and the computers in the business center on the 2nd floor (even though the translations weren't the best at times). My friend had to help with the check-in procedure since my card got declined and none of the front counter staff knew how to explain the issue to me. But the service staff really tried. Especially at the breakfast buffet when I was served nice chilaquiles and coffee every morning, they tried to provide an award-winning experience which is much better than any hotel I've stayed at in the States or Canada. AMENITIES: The hotel has a gym, a parking lot for rented vehicles, a computer lab and vending machines with some Mexican snacks. I didn't recognize any of them so I ended up just walking to an Oxxo around the corner.

People makes the difference!!! While my room had a bit of noise from the hall and didn't had security box, I just commented that to the staff and they immediately switched me to a different room with better noise isolation and security box. Not to mention the exquisite breakfast, specially the chilaquiles. I would 100% recommend this hotel. Location is great as well.

Breakfast is incredible! Chilaquiles in 4 different sauces , stay 4 nights to try them all- Martin makes them delicious and with a great personality. Pablo, Enrique and Joseph take care of every detail.... Feel like a 5 star hotel without the price tag.
